Karl >>> referred to as Carl Johan or C J was born in Stranda and came to the United States in about the early 70's. He was a Lutheran paster and pastored at many Wisconsin churches. One of the churches was the Strum Luthern Church where he was pastor from 1878 to 1914. His daughter Louise Helene married a Dr Phillip Alfred Crum on December 16, 1898 in Strum, Wisconsin. Later (1923) Dr PA Crum divorced her and married Louise Christianson. That marriage was in 1923. Dr changed his last name to Krome. It is unusual that both of his wives had the same name of Louise.
